Peers Groups offer their unique lived experience with mental health conditions to provide support focused on advocacy, education, mentoring, and motivation. Peer Groups can play many roles in support for people living in challenging conditions and play a pivotal role in helping others realize they are not alone. The goal of this session is to pass on information that can assist with starting a Peer Group for support.
